3.4 time2bet will never ask you to disclose your password through any channel, including email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from time2bet that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
3.5 You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you, except to the extent that such activity results directly from time2bet's own negligence or willful misconduct.

4.1 All financial transactions on the time2bet platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). time2bet accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also accepted.
4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are subject to change. Current deposit limits are displayed in your account settings.
4.3 Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your time2bet account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) banking days to be credited, depending on your bank and the time of transfer.
4.4 All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. time2bet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
4.5 time2bet does not accept deposits made via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit card. These payment methods are not supported on the platform in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
4.6 time2bet reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on deposits at its sole discretion, particularly where a deposit is flagged by our fraud detection systems. Processing of such deposits may be delayed pending completion of verification.
5.1 You may request a withdrawal of funds from your time2bet account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible.
5.2 Before any withdrawal is processed, time2bet may require you to complete KYC verification, including submission of a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. This is a regulatory requirement under PAGCOR guidelines and Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
5.3 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
5.4 GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking days following approval. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
5.5 Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
5.6 time2bet reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.
6.1 time2bet may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general Terms.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

11.3 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, time2bet's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your time2bet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 In no event shall time2bet be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
11.5 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude time2bet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

15.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
